CFFTR was founded by Brandon and Cortney Giles, a married couple with a shared passion for food and community. They were inspired to bring this event to life after their travels to various food festivals across the country. Experiencing the vibrant atmosphere and diverse culinary offerings, they realized the potential of bringing this concept to one of the country's most flourishing areas, Polk County. Eager to create a unique event that would celebrate local flavors and foster a sense of togetherness, they embarked on a mission to make their vision a reality, turning their love for food and community into an exciting new tradition for Central Florida. Their sons, Jrue, 8, and Harden, 4, have been by their side, sharing in the excitement and joy of bringing this festival to life, making it a true family endeavor.
